We review those interfaces with the project team so responsibilities are clear before work starts. Concrete strength, slab thickness, reinforcement, vapor protection, finish and curing follow the agreed scope and project requirements.

Yes. Send the structural and civil drawings together so we can review the foundation, slabs, approaches, walks and other concrete as one coordinated package.
Is excavation included?
It depends on the proposal. We identify excavation, grading, base preparation and haul-off responsibilities before agreeing on a price. Tell us whether the pad will be ready for concrete work or whether you need those activities included.
