Owner
Jerry carries the family business forward through hands-on leadership and lasting customer relationships. He stays involved in project planning and field operations, with a clear focus on workmanship and the people representing KCCC.
Founder
Jerry founded KCCC and passed his knowledge of concrete to the next generation. His experience in the trade and commitment to doing the work well remain at the heart of the company.
Estimator / Project Manager
Nicholas is your contact for estimates, bid invitations and project management. He turns the plans into a clear proposal and coordinates schedules, submittals and project changes as the work moves forward.
General Superintendent
Ernan leads field operations across KCCC projects. He brings crews, equipment and schedules together, with attention to safe work, site coordination and the quality of every placement.
Superintendent
Andre leads the day-to-day work on site, coordinating crews, forms, reinforcing and concrete placement. He keeps the details in view and helps the team work through changing field conditions.
Office Manager
Lindsey keeps the business organized behind the scenes. She handles office communication, project files, contracts and billing coordination, connecting the field team with the support it needs.
