A dependable concrete package starts before the crew arrives. We review current drawings, specifications, bid forms, addenda and the schedule to define the work. Earthwork, surveying, testing, embeds and adjoining trades need clear scope boundaries. In the field, access, inspections, concrete delivery and pour sequencing all need coordination—especially on active campuses and occupied facilities.

What are KCCC’s contractor and DIR numbers?
Our CSLB C-8 contractor license number is 1095313 and our California DIR public works registration number is 1001009307. Project-specific qualification and bid requirements are reviewed with each invitation.
Do you handle school modernization and occupied-site concrete?
Our project experience includes school walkway improvements, campus concrete replacement and accessibility work. Send the phasing plan, school calendar constraints, required access routes and reopening dates so those requirements can be reviewed with the concrete scope.
Can KCCC bid structural and site concrete together?
Yes. Send the structural, architectural and civil documents together, including the current specifications and addenda. We review foundations, slabs, exterior flatwork and trade interfaces as a coordinated concrete package, with inclusions and exclusions stated in the proposal.
